Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability – ATX Music Crawl Products and Services

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your ATX Music Crawl products and services, return your merchandise within 30 days of receipt or cancel a booking 24h prior, and you will receive a complete refund, less shipping charges if appriccable. Merchandise must be received in its original condition for a complete refund. ATX Music Crawl will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the use of ATX Music Crawl products.

Quantities May be Limited

ATX Music Crawl may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such changes occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold and bookings available, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
